Drug Abuse Prevention Project

Drug Abuse Prevention Project fosters prevention of substance use and develops youth peer leadership by empowering them with factual information about drugs so they can make informed decisions and live drug-free.

Our drug prevention project targets youths and communities in East and Central Africa, thus Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania and DR Congo.

The project conducts drug prevention activities in institutions like schools, churches and organizations but also in communities providing the facts that empower communities/people to choose not to take drugs in the first place. Additionally our drug prevention campaign consists of activities that they can join which popularize drug-free living. These activities are simple, effective and can involve people of all ages.
